it's 4am in the morning and i've just woke up.
no, actually i havent been sleeping at all. -.-
insomnia.
hunger.
(or probably because of the sudden inspiration that come to my mind makes my body cells all wide awake :P)

anyways, i want to blog about my very first 3D movie that i've watched two days ago: Rio ;)
my working friends all super cute one,
hambalang say wanna watch with me after work xD
and to be honest, i'm FREAKING EXCITED to watch it coz i never watch 3D movies before.
lol. xD
well, actually you can just read the synopsis from wikipedia,
but i dont care i just wanna write it here xD
Rio is actually a place in Brazil (and i think it's a forest's name) haha.
the movie starts with a very nice Rio song, but all i can remember is that all the birds are flying in front of me! (awesome 3D effect xD) singing Rio~ Rio~
OMMO! i was thrilled lah seriously!
then they introduced this main character, a birdie named Blu!
OMMO! Blu! as in b-l-u-e.
AND he is in blue!
AWWWWWWWWWWW!!! he's so little and petite and CUTE!
aiyoh why google dont have baby Blu's picture?
while i was enjoying the lovely music and all,
and little Blu was just about to flap it's small wings and fly out from his nest,
the music suddenly stopped.
the bad birdie hunters appear from nowhere and catch the birds and put them into cages,
including little Blu! ;(
the scene changed to Minnesota (idk where :P)
and it's like everything is fated,
little Blu's cage fell out from the lorry that carries the poor birdies,
and a girl spotted him :)
she's Linda, a cute person.
Linda raised Blu and they lived peacefully in her bookstore,
until one day...
at Brazil :) and the carnival is just around the corner. On the way to meet 'her', Blu saw these two cute birdies and make friends with them. They taught him how to win a girl's heart xD
Tulio is a bird doctor (......gist?) lol. and he squawks like a bird to communicate with the birds -.- lame guy.
at last, Blu gets to meet her ;)

another fascinating 3D birdie, Jewel appear in front of me. awwwww, she's pretty!
Yes you're right, it's love at first sight for Blu xD
BUT, Jewel doesnt seem to be interested in Blu, all she wants is to have pure freedom, to fly freely outside there, and not stay in a man-made place with Blu. She wants Blu to help her to get outside. However, before they even get to escape, a boy stole them away from the bird hospital. Plop! they are inside another cage. & this time, they're chained together :D
Luckily, Blu has become a pro in opening cages because he does that everyday back in Minnesota with Linda. The only problem about Blu is that he cannot fly. Yeah. He's been walking instead of flying all the time. Jewel have no choice but to 'walk' with him because they're chained together. (imagine two birds walking together xD) This makes Jewel very bu shuang, but what to do? It's fate. lol. So they spend their first night together. Awwwww ;)

they dance until so cute laa, almost kissed each other tim! :P
Raphael assists Blu and Jewel to get on a bus. & they helped the dumb dumb Blu to impress Jewel! coz Blu really dunno how to be romantic de loh. tsk tsk :P
see the pink tree down there? this part is the BEST man! when the pink leaves fall from the tree, there're like floating around us! OMMO so romantic laa xD
finally, Raphael's friend, Loius, which is a bulldog helped Blu and Jewel to take off their chain. Using his saliva. YUCKS. His saliva is dropping every second xD geli laa x)

the next day, both of them wander off in the forest and met Raphael, a very kind bird that is helpful enough to bring them to his friend to release their chain. The journey is half an hour's time, if they fly. IF. But you know, Blu cant, so......

Blu tried. But he failed and both of them landed on one parachute... thing. He's very scared at first but when Jewel asked him to look down, he was awed. i was awed too, dont forget it's in 3D ;) OMMO everything seems so real! i wish i'm a bird laa :P
suddenly, Blu got up and feel the breeze. & as you can see from the pictures below, they got unbalanced because of some physics theory i guess. air? thrust? :P
and they ended up on the beach xD
funny indeed xD
after a while, i forgot how they got to this place.
it's full of all kinds of birds, sorta a bird disco club or something xD
when the samba music, the same song right in the beginning that goes Rio~ Rio~ plays,
Blu was struck by this particular piece of music, coz it was the first song that he heard right in the beginning, when he was just a baby. He suddenly flap his wings, tail, and become very hyper.
and this is where they both got attracted by each other xD
they dance until so cute laa, almost kissed each other tim! :P

but you know de lah, everytime when the guy is about to kiss a girl something or someone will sure interrupt geh xP
and here the monkeys came and spoil the party.
actually, there's a evil bird that i forgot to mention earlier. forgot the name. i think it's Nigel la. He's the bird of the bird hunter that wants to capture Blu and Jewel to sell them for a fortune one. BAD GUY! and Nigel is super evil. He threatens the monkeys to help him to trail Blu and Jewel if not he will kill the monkey head.
and got one part very funny. You know how the monkeys communicate? they steal the tourists iPhones and sms "Ooo Ooo Eee Aah" to each other. LOL!

after Blu and Jewel are separated by the chain, Jewel immediately fly for joy, leaving Blu on the ground. Then the dumb dumb Blu still go chi gek Jewel, and say that he wants to go back and find Linda and his cozy home. So Jewel left him, sadly.
Tetapi, on the way this evil Nigel caught Jewel! luckily Blu's two friends saw it and quickly informed Blu.
It's carnival night. Everyone is on the street celebrating, while the bad guys disguised themselves as birds, using a bird car float (or whatever it's called) to get through the crowd and is heading to the airport! and inside the float there's hundreds of birds locked in cages, including Jewel!
As Blu opened the plane doors, all the birds flew out like popcorn popping out from packages! the sky became so colorful in all of a sudden~! Every bird left the plane safely, except Blu and Jewel. Blu can't fly! Jewel hesitated for a while. AND the bad bird Nigel suddenly came in and hurt Jewel's wing! OMMO! Luckily Blu is clever enough and he make Nigel PLOP into the airplane's flapper. the plane is about to crash BUT both of them cant fly now x(
Blu and Jewel was thrown out into the big blue sky. the romantic part comes- they kissed in the air! awwwww. And this time it's Jewel that kissed Blu xD After they kissed Blu was like strucked by the power of love, and he suddenly flap his wings and FLY!!! yorr why i cannot find the picture laa, the scene really very romantic, Blu grab Jewel under his claws and flew back to Linda and Julio!

As Blu rushed to the parade (on Loius) to save Jewel, Linda was in the search of finding Blu too. Linda and Julio even disguised themselves as birdie performers! so cute xD
Blu looks so MAN! ommo he's trying to catch the car float with Jewel inside :D
Just as Nigel expected, he doesn't need to go after Blu coz Blu will come to find Jewel. Immediately after Blu got on the car float, he was locked up too :(
But, Linda loves Blu so much that she cant afford to lose him. So she snatched a car float and trailed the bad guys car float to the airport! the power of love OMMO xD
In the end, Linda and Tulio still failed to stop the bad guys plane from departing off. Just as hope was about to disappear, the scene switched to the inside of the plane. Blu managed to get himself outta the cage and released all the other birds too. He so heroic laa x)
