reach for the stars!
if there are any.
i mean, havent you noticed that the sky in PJ is seriously lack of stars?
it's like the stars are on a vacation or something.
last night i went stargazing outside my house,
expecting to see at least a few cute little stars,
but all i saw is just a piece of dark sky
with a somehow-crooked-but-can-be-counted-as-round moon.
flipped through a national geographic magazine on monday during duty time.
[national geographic: Nov. 2008. if not mistaken.]
saw a really fascinating picture, or i think it's a photo.
(oh, now comes the describing part.
you can just pretend that you know what i'm trying to say xP)
the photo captures the night sky of a certain rural area,
which they call it the non-polluted area,
and that area, obviously, is not in Malaysia.
there are stars everywhere in the sky-
only a small piece of the sky is not occupied.
big ones, small ones, they are all glittering brightly like the glitter glue we use.
even it's just a photo on a magazine, it seems so real and beautiful-
it is just like seeing the whole scene with your very own eyes.
people always say,
make a wish upon a star, or the star will grant your wish etc.
but they didnt realise the irony thing-
the sky is polluted, so NO stars can actually be seen at night.
that night, i only saw one star,
which is my dear little dwinkle.
