-went cycling (1km gua)
-skipped for 100 times
-played ping pong

monday
-same as sunday
-gardening

tuesday (yesterday)
-went swimming
-went gym-ing (tried all sorts of exercises/ machines)

wednesday (today)
-marching (LPS lo...)
-washed the car (counted as exercise? cincai~)

thursday (2mr)
-do add maths

question :
why is doing add maths
counted as an exercise
for me to lose weight?
answer :
bcoz doing add maths will cause
my brain cells thinking
wildly to figure out the solution,
hence killing the brain cells n
causes me to lose weight.

another question :
do brain cells weigh a lot?
answer :
i dont really noe XD

friday? dunno
saturday? dunno
sunday? sleeping lah (monday school reopens leh...)

O yea, doing ad math is exercise lols..very fast hungry wan..
likewise, exercise spirit is also exercise..
In 4 months training, eat alot, but exercise spirit, very fast hungry wan.. the best way to lose weight lols..
spirit stronger sumo can lose weyt lols..
